In General, Tracent will never intentionally disclose individually identifiable information about its users to any third party without first receiving that users permission.

What we collect...
Tracent's general policy is to only collect that individually identifiable information that is absolutely necessary for the transaction or useful for our own internal operations. We collect the domain name and IP addresses of visitors to our web pages. On certain pages (such as guestbooks, e-cards, etc.), we may also provide you with a form to enter your e-mail address or that of a friend. E-Commerce pages may also request shipping and payment information.

What we do with it...
Information collected about your IP address and domain name are never used individually, but rather are agregated with those of other visitors to track total web site visits, page popularity and site performance.
E-mail addresses you provide as a part of our E-Card system are used to generate and send a free e-card to the e-mail address of your choice. Only the receipient of your e-card will be able to view your e-mail address. No other individually identifiable information is made available.

For accountability purposes, your name and e-mail addresse are required when you post to our guestbook or other public visitor comment areas. The e-mail address you provide on one of these forums will be displayed to the public with your message. In addition, copies of your posting will be e-mailed to the forum administrator. Postings that are deemed inappropriate or do not contain a valid e-mail address may be removed by the administrator. The administrator may also choose to edit an entry, including removal of your name or e-mail address if in his/her sole opinion that action is warranted. No other individually identifiable information is made available.

Information you provide as part of an e-commerce transaction or inquiry will be provided to the appropriate internal departments in order to fulfill your request. Those departments may include customer service, billing, shipping, technical support, programming and order fulfillment. Particularly sensitive information such as credit card numbers or payment information is exposed only to the billing department and our bank for credit card processing (First National Bank, Brookings, SD).

We do not sell, lease or share our e-mail lists, or list of any other individually identifiable information to other parties.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us if there is a question or problem related to an order placed on-line. Your individual information such as credit card numbers, e-mail addresses, name, phone number and the like is never sold or shared with other organizations.
